RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned. For example, perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Similarly, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases. Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Some health and personal care products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are given: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio tapes or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to an error on our part.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after deliveryRefunds (if applicable)

Refunds (if any)

Returns are at the expense of the buyer, they are done exclusively via mondial relay and cost the sum of $15, they must be made within 30 days after the date of purchase.

All the returns must imperatively be the object of a request by email or via our form of contact, so that we indicate you the step to follow. We do not process returns from the same location from which we ship our packages, so all returns that are sent back to the address on the package will unfortunately not be processed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund is processed and your original credit card or payment method is automatically credited within a few days.


Delayed or Missing Refunds (if any)
If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, contact us via our contact form.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Items that are on sale, discounted or have a promotional code cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please contact us via our contact form.

Items that have been the subject of a special discount or promotional code are not eligible for exchange.

The exchanges of products are free (product offered) but the sum of $9,90 will be required because of the expenses of port caused (Expenses of port offered for all orders higher than $25)

It will be the same for any package indicated delivered but lost by the delivery services.

Defects
You have a period of 48 hours after receipt of our items to report a defect on it. Beyond this period, shipping costs of $9,90 will be charged for the sending of a new replacement item.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order sent to them with the intention of returning it to you at a later date, we will send the refund to them and they will know that you have returned their gift.

Shipping
To return your product, please first contact us by email.

The shipping costs related to the return of your item are at your charge. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost of the return will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend that you use a tracking service or have your shipment insured. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
