How much are fees, shipping, upgrade fees on eBay when selling a Nintendo Wii?

If you are SELLING… most people are charging around 40 bucks for shipping. And, when you list your auction it would normally cost around 2 or 3 dollars, BUT… there are so many people with Wii’s for sale on E-Bay that if you REALLY want your item to be seen, it costs an extra 20 bucks to be listed as a FEATURED ITEM!!!
Then, when your item finally sells… E-Bay gets an EXTRA chunk of money from you… probably around 12 to 14 bucks more!!!
Then, if you accepted PayPal… They also get an EXTRA chunk of money out of you… another 12 to 15 bucks!!!
So… anyway… I sold a Wii (just the system by itself) brand new on E-Bay a couple weeks back and got 485 bucks plus 34.95 shipping BUT… after all the fees were taken out I only ended up with an actual profit of around 150 bucks!!
Not Bad… but if someone on the street had given me 485 bucks for the Wii… I would’ve had a profit of well over 200 bucks!!
Oh yea, one more thing… it looks like (to me anyway) that the big Wii selling boom on E-Bay is about over!!! The prices have come down quite a bit in the last week…
Maybe, right after Christmas they might spike up again… don’t really know??
