Why is my HDTV not pass the test signal to digital programming?

Here's the ball. Tonight at 6 pm were tested all the 30 channels its digital signals, if everyone has the opportunity of knowing whether our TVs worked. I bought this Samsung HDTV last year alone, and its is supposed to work when the switchover comes into force on 2 / 17. When the whole network is the testing of five minutes is only static hair show. Why not run?

Well some HDTVs sold last year had two receivers. One of the tuner is digital (must be labeled or simply ATSC DTV) similar to that of others (which should be labeled NTSC). The connector type is equivalent to two tuners (input coaxial), because all of the antenna (including a 30-year-old pair of rabbit ears) will work with the new digital tuners … Inputs, but are independent and should be used exclusively. Never see "lint static" in the digital channels as "static fuz is a byproduct of an analog signal. So I would say that its antenna is connected to the input NTSC and be connected Atena ATSC entry. PS At this point, all major U.S. networks are broadcast digital television signals to same time and analog for some time. In fact, all major U.S. networks (CBS, NBC, ABC, FOX, CW, PBS) simulcast: analog, digital (standard definition) Digital (HDTV). Digital tuners work a little different than analog tuners, once the antenna is connected, make a channel scan, etc. ..
