How do I make the energy meterr longer in Harvest Moon: Magical Melody?

My sister and I are playing Harvest Moon: Magical Melody on out gamecube, but we want to know how, if it’s even possible, to make the stamina level of the character longer. I looked at a walkthrough in IGN, but it’s not telling me anything.

Cup ,4th powerberry , go to moon light cave and go all the way down(100th floor)(Tim andTai are needed) 5 th powerberry,donate a Pumpkin to the blue shipping box inside the plaza. The next day when you visit Mayor Theodore will thank you for your participation and give you a Power Berry to eat.
