Where can I find a high quality set of QAM capable receiver for my new HDTV?
All that I think has great weaknesses, such as max output states QAM 480i title, but the description of output formats ventilation does not reflect the obsolete equipment I have a friend with QAM in the TV receiving tons of HD channels. Including premium channels, connected directly to cable (no box reception). His service in May as a fluke, but only the service Comcast offered cable free when you purchase their Internet services for so long. He bought his TV QAM compatible and connected to find a large number of free channels as vendors of Circuit City said it happen QAM. I really would appreciate some names of the withdrawal of the best ATSC QAM receivers are capable and that I may give similar results and 1080i output.
I have two receivers you might be interested in first, the LG-LST3410A. This is an ATSC, NTSC, QAM with built in DVR. It puts out 480i, 480p, 720p and 1080i. The other is the LG-LST3510A. The receiver of the same as the first player with HD upconversion DVD. I bought the 3510 after being so satisfied in 3410. These models may not be available any longer, but I'm sure newer LG is now available. Try a Home Theater if you have one near you or visit their website. I bought mine from them. My two units have been great and always well after 3 years.
